Enjoyed incredibly nice breakfasts!!

Comforts of double room with mini-kitchen were fabulous. The staff were constantly lovely and approachable.

It is a peaceful property located in West Jerusalem district near Machne Yehuda market, a train stop and central station, and the center of the suite. Amazingly nice and incredibly kind people that welcomes you in.

The bathrooms are too small.

Consistently courteous people working here, quiet little place. Excellent meals. Family ambiance in a central setting. Connected to a train station walk from the hotel. Excellent base for exploring Jerusalem.

Beds were very small.

The room was fancy and good, had it's own balcony, WiFi and a living area. Tried great cookies and refreshments. Very very helpful staff explained where we were staying.

Spacious room with the bedroom as well as mini-kitchen. Good choice of food for breakfast including cookies and refreshments.

Really good overall experience. Little and quiet accommodation with magnificent setting adjacent to Israel, a tram stop and the Mahane Yehuda market. Local cookies and refreshments supplied...

the hotel was convenient and straightforward with ideal location really close to the old town as well as the center. the breakfast was delicious and plentiful with local foods and good coffee and capuccino to choose from.

We stayed at Avital for a week during our trip to explore Jerusalem. The staff were extremely helpful and provided a ground floor room, which was perfect for my bad back. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. The amenities like the fridge, microwave, and sink were very useful. The breakfast was surprisingly excellent, especially the omelettes. The location is fantastic, with a tram stop right outside and the bustling Machne Yehuda market just around the corner. We felt welcomed and would definitely stay here again.

Being owner/family managed, they were always happy to please us and went out of their way to accomodate us. The personal touches coupled with a clean and sizeable room made our stay comfortable.Our unit had a large outside balcony and a good view of the neighbourhood.

The hotel didn't have a lift and carrying our heavy bags up and down three flights of stairs,was extremely exhausting.

The location was perfect. Next to the open market, promenade, and hotel.

Great location! The hotel is conveniently located near the tram stop, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was excellent, with delicious options and friendly staff. The nearby restaurants and market were a bonus, offering a variety of culinary experiences.

The bathroom sink was quite small and the bed linens were in need of a fitted sheet for better comfort.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming , helpful and made you feel at home.The location was good and within walking distance to Ben Yehuda & the old city. Right next to Machaneh yehuda where all your food can be obtained. Breakfasts were very adeqate. The hotel/flatlet is equiped for shabbat cooking if you want. No elevater but help is available to carry your bags if you are on a higher floor. Rooms were always clean & have been renovated recently.We think it was value for what we paid

The location of the hotel was excellent, with plenty of nearby attractions and amenities. The tram stop right outside the hotel made it easy to explore the city and get around. The nearby market was a great place to find delicious food and experience the local culture.

There were a few downsides to my stay at the hotel. First, the noise from the street and the tram kept me up throughout the night.

We were welcomed by the owner. There are only 9 rooms. Quiet, clean, and with perfect service. The breakfast pushes you throughout the day.Close to the Old City and means of transportation. Highly recommended.I Would come back to this place.
